Clarity before action

A little understanding.
A better next step.

A code or warning light is a starting point. DriveShift is being developed to help drivers understand that information before deciding what to do next.

01

Start with what you notice.

A symptom, a dashboard light, or a diagnostic code.

02

Make sense of the information.

Explore explanations and questions to discuss with a qualified technician.

03

Confirm the cause before buying.

A diagnostic suggestion alone is not a reason to replace a part.

For automotive partners

Connect understanding
with the right resources.

We’re looking for authorized automotive retail partners to help build the Parts & Prices experience for drivers in the United States.

Before you get started

A few clear answers.

Can I download DriveShift today?

DriveShift is in development and is not yet published on the App Store. This website introduces the project and its planned experience.

Does DriveShift replace a mechanic?

No. Vehicle information and possible causes are guidance, not a confirmed diagnosis. A qualified technician should verify the issue before repairs or parts purchases.

Are parts and prices available now?

The Parts & Prices integration is planned. We are seeking authorized retail partnerships; live listings, pricing, availability, and verified fitment are not currently offered.

What does an OBD connection need?

A compatible vehicle and adapter. Supported vehicles, adapters, and available data will be confirmed as development progresses.

An independent project. A practical purpose.

DriveShift is being developed by Ali Kathem to make vehicle information more approachable for everyday drivers.
